Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Artemisia

Wash and cut off the reed wormwood for later use (I cut off the section near the root and use it, because it is a bit old and affects the taste)

Shred pork, put light soy sauce, meat tenderizer (available in supermarkets, starch can also be used), marinate in a little salt for 15 minutes

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the onion, ginger, garlic and fry to get the fragrance, pour in the reed artemisia and stir fry (stir on high fire, but the time should not be too long, otherwise the reed artemisia will be old)

Pour in shredded pork and fry together, add salt and MSG, and out of the pot!
