Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Garlic Stalks

1. Cut the pork into shreds and marinate for ten minutes with cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, chicken essence, and five-spice powder.

2. Choose tender garlic sprouts, wash and cut into sections for later use.
