Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes with Shredded Pork and Shrimp Skin

1. Peel the potatoes, wash and shred

2. Soak potato shreds in water to remove excess starch

3. Shred pork, shred onion, wash shrimp skin

4. Heat the oil pan, add the shredded pork and stir fry

5. Then add the shredded onion and fry it to create a fragrance

6. Add shrimp skins and stir fry

7. Pour in a little cooking wine to get rid of fishy

8. Add potato shreds and stir fry

9. Add appropriate amount of pepper powder and stir fry

10. A teaspoon of sugar

11. Stir in a little soy sauce

12. Add a little water

13. Cover and simmer for two or three minutes

14. When the potato shreds are cooked, add the minced garlic and stir fry

15. Pour in a little white vinegar

16. Just add salt and chicken essence
