Stir-fried Squid with Sauce

Ginger, Huadiao wine, a bit of starch, grab evenly and set aside.

Sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, huadiao wine, salt, chicken essence.

Fry the shallots until softened, add some salt, and a little light soy sauce, and then set aside

Tips:
Don't use too much sauce, it's best to stir-fry the squid beard, otherwise the soup will come out. When the marinated squid beard, pour out the water in the bowl. The dry the better.
