Stir-fried Tofu Skin with Carrot and Pepper

1. Carrots, hot peppers, and tofu skin are ready

2. Wash and slice hot peppers and carrots, and cut the tofu skin into diamond-shaped pieces

3. Put oil in the pot, then add the garlic slices to the pot and sauté

4. Pour in tofu skin and hot pepper carrot slices and stir fry

5. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce to taste

6. Add another spoonful of salt, not too much, low-salt diet is healthy
