Stir-fried Tofu with Shredded Potatoes

Shred the main ingredients and cut the shallots into sections.

Heat the pan and add oil.

Stir-fry green and red pepper shreds.
5.
Add scallions and stir fry.
6.
Add potato shreds.
7.
Add salt and fry for 1 minute.
8.
Add dried tofu shreds.
9.
Add soy sauce and stir fry for half a minute.
10.
Add shallots and pepper, stir fry and serve.
Tips:
The flavours of potatoes, dried tofu and soy sauce are very fusion, but a small portion is enough.
