Stir-fried Vermicelli with Night Blossoms

Ingredients: night blossoms, vermicelli (soaked softly), dried chili (cut open)

Peel the night blossoms and wash them.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into thicker silk, set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add dried chili to the pot.

Then, add the cut night blossoms and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the soaked vermicelli and stir fry.
9.
Finally, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
10.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
11.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
