Summer Cucumber Shrimp

The ingredients are ready.

Wash and peel the cucumbers for later use.

Cut some red pepper shreds, green onion and white shreds, soak in water and set aside.

Put the cucumber peels into a juicer and add water to squeeze the juice and strain it.

Pour the cucumber peel water into the starch and stir to make a thin paste.
6.
Pour the stirred starch paste into a pot and heat and stir until it becomes a viscous shape.

Stir everything into a transparent green and then remove from the fire.

Strain the cooked starch paste into cold water with a colander.

The filtered starch paste is like small shrimps, and it is very delicious to mix.

Remove and place in a bowl, add some salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Add the shredded chili and white onion.

Fry the appropriate amount of pepper oil.
13.
Use a strainer to filter the pepper oil directly on top of the shredded chili and green onion.

Add some vinegar and chili oil and you can eat it. It's very refreshing.
