Sweet and Sour Poached Egg

Beat 6 eggs in a nonstick pan.

Fry on 2 sides until tiger skin color.

Add shredded red pepper and chopped green onion to the bowl.

Add oyster sauce light soy sauce and vinegar salt five-spice powder, add appropriate amount of water, and try the taste for yourself.

Then pour the mixed juice into the poached egg.
