Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut the pork into strips.

Beat in an egg white and a little white pepper, stir well and marinate for an hour.

Stick the pork with a layer of cornstarch.

Stick another layer of egg liquid.

Finally, stick a layer of fried powder.

Heat the oil in the pot to 90% hot, add the sticky pork, and fry on low heat.

Fry until the surface is slightly yellow, drain the oil, remove and prepare.

Put a little oil in the pot, add 7 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2.5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little salt, and a little water

Boil small bubbles on low heat to make the juice thick.

Pour in the fried pork.

Quickly simmer until all the meat is sticky with the sauce and mixed with cooked white sesame seeds.
Tips:
You can choose the softer part of the pork. My sauce is the amount of the pot in the sketch map. I installed two plates of the finished product, and only took one plate.
