Teriyaki Beef Bowl

Wash the asparagus, cut off the roots, trim off the stalks and thick skin.

Put it in a pot of boiling water, add the alkaline noodles, remove the asparagus after the asparagus is cooked, rinse with cold water and drain.

Cut the golden roots into cubes.

Wash the shallots and cut into sections.

Cut the onion into shreds and the garlic into cubes.

Put an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mirin, sugar, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, and water in a small cup, and mix thoroughly to form a teriyaki sauce.

Heat the pan and let off the oil. When the oil temperature rises, add the onion, garlic, and black pepper to fry until the aroma is released.

Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir well.

Bring to a boil, add fat beef, turn to medium heat and cook.

Tips:
When cooking the asparagus, remove it when it changes color. Don't cook it for too long.
