1.
Clean the chicken wings.
2.
Make two to three strokes on each side.
3.
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, appropriate amount of five-spice powder, sugar, and chicken essence into the chicken wings, and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
4.
Marinated chicken wings. Reserve the marinade for later use.
5.
Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into small pieces and add other vegetables you like.
6.
Add five-spice powder, salt and light soy sauce, mix well and set aside.
7.
Wash the green prawns and open the back for use, and wash the small abalones with a cutting knife for use.
8.
Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, and add 1 tablespoon more oil than normal. Put in the chicken wings, fry on both sides until golden brown, and set aside. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, take out 1 tablespoon of cooked oil and put it in a bowl for later use.
9.
Prepare seasoning sauce: oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, tomato sauce, honey, light soy sauce, cooked vegetable oil, salt and mix thoroughly for later use.
10.
Brush the back of the chicken wings with a layer of seasoning sauce.
11.
Put the potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic in a pot with bottom oil, and simmer for 12 minutes on medium heat.
12.
When the time is up, add the marinade and mix well. Place chicken wings, green prawns and small abalones on top. The front side of the chicken wings is facing up, and the surface is brushed with a layer of seasoning sauce. Brush the remaining sauce evenly all over the place. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
13.
Finished product. It's so fragrant!
Tips:
If you mind condiments such as five-spice powder and chicken essence, you can leave them alone. If you like a richer taste, you can add spices such as star anise, pepper, bay leaf, grass fruit, cinnamon, or boil the spice oil with spices in advance and add it to the sauce.
