Tofu Soup with Mustard and Minced Meat

Mince pork, cut tofu into small cubes, shred ginger

Boil mustard greens in boiling water, then cool them with cold water
3.
Marinate the minced meat with water starch and half of the salt for a few minutes
4.
Put enough water in the pot, add mustard greens and tofu after boiling
5.
Then add the marinated minced meat
6.
Bring to a boil and sprinkle with ginger
7.
Add the remaining salt and chicken essence to taste
