Tofu with Minced Pork

Prepare a piece of lactone tofu (or ordinary tofu)

Cut the tofu into small pieces

Boil water in a pot, add a teaspoon of refined salt, and boil the tofu.

Then remove the water control for use

Cut the meat into small pieces
6.
Prepare the right amount of chopped green onion

Heat the pot, add a little oil, and cook the chopped green onion in the pot

Stir-fry the bottom meat to change its color, add some cooking wine when it is high temperature, then add dark soy sauce

Add appropriate amount of old soup (usually the soup of the meat), if there is no old soup, add water, add appropriate amount of salt and five-spice powder
10.
Bring to a boil, add appropriate amount of water and starch to thicken, then turn off the heat and add chicken essence.
11.
Pour minced meat on tofu and sprinkle with coriander
Tips:
If you don’t have old soup, you can use water, or add a piece of thick soup to enhance the flavor.
