Tuna Balls

Chopped onion and green onions

Pour cooking oil in a pan, add onions, green onions, and garlic and fry for 2 minutes

Put the sauce and the fried vegetables into the pot and cook until it thickens

After the tuna is de-oiled, add water (1 scoop) and seasonings and stir well

Catch into bite-sized fish balls

Pour edible oil into the pot, roast over medium heat, add fish balls and fry until golden brown, pour in the sauce and stir gently.
