Two Ears with Scallion Oil

Prepare the main raw materials: soaked fungus, white fungus, spring onions, red pepper.

The soaked white fungus and fungus are washed and broken into small flowers, then blanched in a pot of boiling water.

Mince the shallots and set aside.

Cut the red pepper into small diamond-shaped pieces and set aside.

The sauteed shallot oil is poured directly on the ears with the seasoning. Just mix well.
