Vegetarian Fried Corn Noodles

Cook the noodles and remove them in cold water twice.

Wash the side dishes and change the knife for later use.
3.
Put the oil in a hot pan, and add the red pepper shreds to half of the oil.

Stir-fry the shredded red pepper (low fire), add the side dishes and continue to fry (change to medium fire)
5.
After the rapeseed is fried, put the noodles, add salt, thirteen incense, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and continue to stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry for two minutes, then turn off the heat and cook.
7.
Finished product.
