Wakame and Preserved Egg Beef Porridge

1. Preserved eggs, beef, and wakame are ready.

2. Wash glutinous rice and rice at a ratio of 1:1.

3. Chop the beef into puree.

4. Add salt, oil, five-spice powder, soy sauce, and cooking wine to the beef and stir evenly in one direction. Chop the green onions and set aside.

5. Put water into the pot and put glutinous rice.

6. Put the rice in order.

7. Bring to a boil over medium heat and add a few drops of oil to avoid overflowing the pot.

8. Cover the lid and simmer for about 25 minutes.

9. When the rice is mature, put the wakame and continue cooking.

10. Put the beef in the porridge and shake it.

11. Cut preserved eggs into porridge and boil.

12. Season with a little salt.

13. Add a little more pepper and stir well.

14. Sprinkle chopped green onion out of the pot and enjoy.
