Wakame Tofu Ball Soup
1.
The main ingredients are shown in the picture. The ratio of tofu to meat is about 1:1. In this way, it has the taste of tofu and the aroma of meat. If you want to eat more meat, you can put more, but not reduce it, or you won't be able to taste the meat.
2.
The tofu is crushed with a spoon, and the pork and shallots are mixed in a cooking machine. (Don't stir it for too long, otherwise it will affect the taste) Finally, combine the minced tofu with the stir-fried meat. Add an egg and various seasonings and mix well. If you don't think it is shaped, you can add starch in several times. (Tofu eats a lot of salt, so you need to put more salt here.)
3.
Boil the water, use the ball tongs to arrange and shape the balls, and then loosen the tongs after submerging them in the boiling water! Because hot water will enter the inside of the clamp from the small holes on both sides, helping to shape the raw balls. It can also be made with two large spoons without a ball holder.
4.
Tofu balls are easy to cook. Finally, put the wakame in the pot and cook together for about 15 minutes.
5.
Remember that big bowl of meat? While the water was boiling, quickly picked up the bowl and stirred an egg, floating egg flowers.
6.
After stirring the eggs, you can add some hot soup to the bowl and pour it back into the pot, so that the ingredients will not be wasted at all! Add salt, chicken essence and pepper to taste the soup. Take advantage of this time to quickly brush out the big bowl and serve the soup.
7.
The meatballs taste Q-bomb, with a small amount of meaty flavor, not stuffy, very crisp, the soup is fresh and meaty, and it tastes very enjoyable.
