White Radish Pork Dumplings

1. To eat dumplings, make noodles first! Mix the water and noodles 1:2 to form a smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth and wake up for a while (make stuffing while the noodles are awake)

2. Wash the green onions and soak the pepper in water

3. Shred the white radish, add a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes

4. Chopped green onions

5. Rinse the marinated white radish with water and squeeze out the water

6. Use a cooking machine to pattern the pork into mashed meat. Heat the pepper water in a microwave on high heat and add a few slices of ginger. After the pepper water cools down, add it to the meat in batches and beat the meat in one direction.

7. Add chopped green onion and stir well

8. Stir the shredded white radish and the meat evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, chicken essence, and cooked vegetable oil and stir evenly

9. Cut the awake noodles into uniform size, roll them into a thick and thin dough in the middle, and wrap them with meat.

10. Wrapped lace dumplings

11. Dip the cooked dumplings in vinegar and eat!
