Wonton Noodles in Red Oil

Add appropriate amount of water, salt and edible soda noodles to the flour to form a relatively hard dough, and make it for 20 minutes.
2.
Add starch to the dough and roll out the dough.
3.
The thinner the dough, the better, roll it out, fold it, and cut it into four squares for later use.

6.
Close the fingers and hold the skin and in the palm to form a wonton.
7.
Add clean water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add wontons and noodles to cook.
8.
Take a bowl, add shrimp skin and coriander, add salt, chicken essence, red oil, pepper oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce to taste.
9.
Put the cooked wontons and noodles with soup into a bowl and serve.
