Prepare materials. Dried radish and sprouts are soaked in warm water for 20 minutes and then squeeze out the water. Finely chop dried radish. Cut green and red peppers into circles. Cut pork into minced meat. Soak the mushrooms and finely dice them. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic. Cut dried chili into small pieces.

Tips:
The sprouts and dried radish already have a salty taste, so the salt should be used appropriately. You can put it while tasting.
