Bought two zucchini, very tender. You don't even need to use the skin, it looks good. I originally wanted to stir-fry, so I changed it into a pie. The tender zucchini meat is particularly delicious.

Zucchini Mince Pies

1. Add hot water to the flour and use more water. Use chopsticks to stir until it is not too sticky, and knead it into a smooth and delicate dough. Cover with wet cloth for more than two hours.

2. Shred pork, mince with green onion and ginger

3. Add light soy sauce, oil consumption, salt and five-spice powder in the same direction and mix well.

4. Chopped zucchini

5. Squeeze out the water, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and stir evenly

6. Stir in the same direction with the pork.

7. Because the dough is very soft, I just grabbed it and divided it up, and still covered it with a damp cloth.

8. Knead the dough, press flat, and roll into thin slices

9. Put meat on

10. Wrap it up like a bun

11. Brush the pan with oil, put in the dough, turn on a low heat, cover and bake

12. One side is baked until golden, and the other side is turned over with oil

13. Golden on both sides is fine.

Tips:

Zucchini is very tender, so squeeze more water to prevent the meat from getting too watery. The noodles must be soft, and it must take more than two hours to burn the skin without breaking
