Bitter Chrysanthemum Sausage Noodles

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and chop, slice the sausage.

Add water to a boil in the pot, add the dried noodles and cook.

Spread the cooked noodles in cold water.

Add a spoonful of oil to the noodles.

Wear disposable gloves, grab well and let cool.

Code the noodles on the plate.

Then spread a layer of bitter chrysanthemum.

Plus some sausage slices.

Put all the seasonings in a bowl and make a bowl of sauce.

Pour the sauce on the noodles.

Just mix it well when you eat it.
Tips:
Add apple cider vinegar to the cold dressing to enhance the flavor.
