Bone Broth Jelly

Preparation materials: shred pork and mix appropriately with dark soy sauce, cut tofu and jelly into cubes for later use,

Stir-fry the pork in a frying pan until it changes color!

Add chopped green onion, minced garlic and chili and stir fry! Then add tofu

Add a little dark soy sauce and pour in the bone broth (you can also use water if you don't have bone broth)!

Bring to the boil, add the chopped sweet potato jelly and continue cooking on medium heat, then add salt, thirteen spices, and pepper.

Add monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and coriander after it's cooked!
7.
Put it into a bowl and add the appropriate chili oil according to your preference!
8.
In the final step, add a small amount of cooked peanuts! It tastes great... :-P
