Braised Tofu Knot

Cut pork into small pieces, scallions into chopped green onions, and ginger into slices. The tofu skin is knotted.

Cut the tofu skin into strips and tie them into knots.

Heat oil in a pot and add sugar. After the sugar melts, it glows bright yellow.

Put in the meat pieces. Fry it with sugar.

Add rock candy soy sauce and adjust the color.
Add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, and stir-fry until the meat is broken.

Add a little thirteen incense, salt, and water.

Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes to see if the meat is soft and rotten, and when there is some soup, add the tofu knots. Simmer for 5 minutes.
