Chicken Noodles in Summer
1.
After the chicken is cleaned, add ginger slices to the pot, cook the chicken until it is cooked through, take it out and let it cool, then shred it into chicken shreds for later use
2.
Shred carrots and set aside
3.
After the noodles are boiled, let cool water, drain the water, add a little oil and the noodles, mix well and set aside
4.
Mix the sesame paste, soy sauce, water, and salt to make sesame paste for later use
5.
Mix the light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic cloves to make a vinegar sauce for later use. Here I also add a little sesame to increase the flavor
6.
Finally, put the top strips on the plate, carrots, put shredded chicken, coriander, and top with the sauce. Isn’t it simple? Go ahead!
