Chicken with Pot Noodles

Flour and dough are awake! Prepare dishes

Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into small cubes! Add a small amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, thirteen incense, salt and ginger to marinate for a while! Use the time for marinating meat to cut other dishes

Remove the roots of shiitake mushrooms, wash and dice for later use

Finely chop green onion, garlic and ginger and set aside

Boil water in a pot, wait for the water to open, add the diced mushrooms and blanch it with cold water.

Pour oil into the pot. When the oil smokes, turn the heat down, soak the garlic and ginger first, add the diced meat when the aroma comes out, stir-fry on the heat, add green onions, a small amount of light soy sauce, thirteen incense, Salt, add soy sauce when it's almost fried, add chicken essence, and MSG out of the pot!

Wash the pot and pour in the oil. When the oil is 50% to 60% hot, add the chopped green onion and ginger after the aroma is fragrant. Add the diced potatoes and mushrooms and stir fry. Add the spicy noodles, a small amount of light soy sauce, thirteen fragrant, and salt. fry

Stir-fry for a while and add the fried diced meat, then stir-fry the green peppers!

Finally, add diced tomatoes and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for a while, then add boiling water and let it boil for a while!

When cooking vegetables, take another pot to boil the noodles, then press the noodles and cut the noodles (I use a noodle press to press and cut)

Boil the noodles after the water is boiled, and then transfer them to the vegetable soup pot! (Add chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, and dark soy sauce to the soup pot before picking up the noodles)

Finally add the leek and balsamic vinegar and stir well ๐
Tips:
1. I cut the vegetables today, and I forgot to take pictures for many of them. All the vegetables are washed before the noodles are made.
