Fresh Fragrant Wonton

First prepare the pork filling (you can buy ready-made stir in the supermarket or the market). Add an egg to the filling, add cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce to stir.
After adding the starch, now stir in one direction,

Prepare wonton wrappers, just buy ready-made ones in the supermarket (I am making noodles at my own home, and I have a small noodle pressing machine at home)

Prepare a bowl, (seaweed, mustard greens, shallots, dried shrimps) salt is not needed, the salt for the chicken broth is enough, not enough, add it at the end

Hot chicken broth, cook wontons after heating up (just cook 2/3)

Add the chicken broth to the bowl in advance

After adding the wontons to the bowl, add sesame oil and you're done
Tips:
1. Add the meat filling in an appropriate amount, not too much. If you like meat, you can also add more, but the wonton skin should be thicker to prevent it from being boiled;
2. Chicken soup is the best, not chicken soup, use thick soup.
