Fresh Meat Wonton

Add a pinch of salt to the flour.

During the process of adding water, the dough can be a little harder, and the dough can be used for about half an hour.

Wash and mince pork, add chopped green onion, ginger powder, thirteen spices, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salt.

Stir well.

Knead the noodles again to make them smoother.

Roll out into rectangular slices, my dough is a bit softer, and I can’t roll it out too thin. My dough slices are a bit thick.

Cut into small cubes.

Take a small dough piece and put it in the filling.

Fold in half and seal each side.

Pinch the bottom two corners together. It can also be wrapped in other shapes, this is very random.

Put water in a pot and boil, and the wontons are cooked.

In a small bowl, add chopped cilantro, chopped green onion, seaweed, unsalted shrimp skin, and a little salt.

Pour into the hot soup of boiled wontons.

Transfer the cooked wontons into a bowl.

Add some chili oil to enhance the fragrance. Wontons are delicious, but the skin is thick.
Tips:
The dough should be a little harder, otherwise it will not be easy to shape when rolled out, and it will not be easy to roll out very thin.
