I recently fell in love with this which has a good appearance, and there are beautifully stuffed eggs and dumplings. Eggs and chives go very well, not only with the fragrance of eggs, but also with the fragrance of green onions, and there are big dumplings that eat meat and meat. Fried Egg Hug Dumplings

1. Add flour and water to knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap for proofing.

11. One shallot, chopped and sesame seeds.

12. Mix 0.5 grams of salt and 1 egg, and beat them up.

13. Place dumplings in a frying pan and fry them on low heat.

14. Fry until the bottom is golden brown, pour in half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer over low heat.

15. After the water is dry, pour in the egg liquid. At this time, turn off the heat and use the residual heat to solidify the egg liquid.

16. After the egg is set, sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds, and fry for a while on low heat to let the chives taste.

Tips:

Make more dumplings at a time and take them out of the refrigerator every time you eat them.
