Homemade Simple Barbecue
1.
Prepare the ingredients: slice potatoes, tear small pieces of cabbage, break small flowers of cauliflower, slice mushrooms, and cut small pieces of crispy sausage.
2.
Spread a piece of cooking paper on the bottom of the pan before heating the pan.
3.
Heat up on fire, then pour the oil.
4.
When frying cabbage, be aware that cabbage is easier to fry in a pan and can be fried with a cover.
5.
Fry cauliflower, turn it over after frying yellow on one side, remember to fry more flowers.
6.
Fry potato chips. This is faster. Just watch the oil invade the potatoes and turn them over and fry them for a while.
7.
Put the crispy sausage and quail eggs in the pan and stir fry. Be sure to stir fry slowly. Don't stir them too frequently. Let them all be fried to taste.
8.
Put all the fried ingredients in a box for later use.
9.
Turn off the heat, let the pot cool for a while, add all the seasonings, except the shallots.
10.
Add all the ingredients to the pot and stir fry to let the seasoning taste delicious.
11.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions, mix well and eat.
Tips:
1. Mushrooms are easier to cook, and they are easy to produce water, so less oil is added when frying.
2. When adding the seasoning at the end, you can also add oil appropriately, first fry the peppercorns, and then stir-fry with other seasonings.
