Hot Noodle Pie
1.
Chop pork and cowpea, add salt, oil, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, sugar and mix well
2.
Put 1/4 teaspoon salt in the flour
3.
Slowly add boiling water and stir with chopsticks while adding
4.
When the flour is all flocculent, the dry humidity is just right
5.
Repeatedly knead the dough into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and proof for 15 minutes
6.
Divide the dough into small pieces of similar size
7.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it round, put the fillings on it and wrap it like a bun, and close it at the end
8.
Press the wrapped small bun with your hand and roll it out gently, sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides, and then press it with your hands
9.
Bake a thin layer of oil in the electric cake stall, put in the cake, and bake both sides with a small torch.
Tips:
When making the cake, you don't need too much oil, just add a thin layer of oil, not too high, but slowly broiling on a low heat, moving and turning frequently in the middle, otherwise it will burn easily.
