Large Serving Version-home-style Braised Noodles

After washing the beans, tear off the old stems at both ends and cut a one-centimeter oblique section with a knife, which is easy to taste. Wash the pork belly and cut into slightly thicker slices.

Dice the fat part of the pork belly, cut the tomatoes into cubes, and prepare the seasoning.

Put the pork belly and diced pork in a dry pot and stir until golden brown over a low heat, and the fat oil will be obtained.

Add pepper aniseed cinnamon and fragrant leaves to stir up the fragrance.

Add the pork belly and fry until the flesh is slightly whitish. Spread the meat around to expose the oil at the bottom of the pot. Put chopped green onion, ginger froth, garlic froth, pepper powder aniseed powder with thirteen-flavor very fresh sauce, soy sauce and soy sauce with white sugar and cooking wine.

Put in boiling water and bring to a boil.

Simmer until the soup is dry, add the other half of the fried pork and the oiled red pepper.

Tips:
1. The raw noodles are oiled so that the steamed noodles will not stick.
