Mustard Peel

Peel, wash, and cut into strips.

Shred the shallots and cucumber

Chop the pork into minced meat, add green onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, thirteen spices and marinate for 20 minutes.

Use warm water to make the sesame paste, then garlic, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and mustard oil, stir well.

Heat the pan with oil, add the minced meat when the oil is hot, and stir fry.

After the minced meat is fragrant, add the shredded green onions and continue to stir-fry.

After fry the green onions until they are soft, add the peel, stir fry a few times, pour in the prepared sauce, and continue to fry.

Before serving, put in the cucumber shreds and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pan
