New Year Dumplings (shrimp, Leek and Pork Dumplings)

1. Pick and wash the leeks, control the water and set aside

2. Slowly add the flour to the water and stir it into a flocculent shape with chopsticks

3. Then knead it into a smooth dough, cover it and let it stand for 1 hour

4. Shrimp take the shrimp line, wash and control water

20. Add water to a boil in a pot, add the dumplings and cook and eat

Tips:

1. Mix the leeks with edible oil to remove the smell of leeks and prevent water from leaking when the stuffing is mixed.
2. Don't chop the shrimp, just crush it, so that it will be more chewy.
3. When mixing the stuffing, don't stir it until the seasoning is absorbed, so that the dumpling stuffing can be fresh and tender.
4. The dumpling noodles should be made slightly softer.
