Pea Jelly

Mix a bowl of pea flour with a bowl of water and mix well without particles.

Add the same amount of water to the pot and boil 4-5 bowls

Pour in the well-mixed pea flour on a low heat, and stir while pouring

Stir evenly into a translucent shape and turn off the heat

Pour into the large fresh-keeping and let it cool completely

Cut into long and short strips of uniform thickness and put them on a plate for later use

Put all the condiments except the oil into a bowl, heat the pan with the oil and pour into the bowl with condiments and immediately fragrant (you can add sugar according to your preference, peanuts and other condiments you like)

Just put the condiments on the jelly and sprinkle with coriander
