Pork Cabbage Dumplings

Add salt to the flour, add an appropriate amount of water, and knead it into a smooth, non-stick dough, relax for 1 hour.

Cut the pork into small cubes and the green onions into small cubes. Add salt, five-spice powder, pepper powder, light soy sauce, edible oil, and oyster sauce, stir and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the cabbage clean and control water, cut into pieces, crush it with a food processor, put a little salt, wrap it in gauze and squeeze the water for later use.

The ingredient of "Ginseng fake" is "fried fruit". My last recipe had a special method. It can be crushed or chopped, and mixed in the meat.
