Pork Carrot Wonton

1. Wash the radish

2. Grate into silk, sprinkle some salt and chop

3. Squeeze out the water and set aside

4. Cut pork into small pieces, add green onion, ginger, pepper powder, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, sesame oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes, then chop into puree

5. Mix the minced radish with the meat puree and continue to chop until the radish and meat are evenly mixed

6. Add appropriate amount of peanut oil and salt to the chopped meat filling, and stir in a clockwise direction.

7. Mix flour with water to form a moderately hard dough, knead it evenly

8. Divide into pieces

9. Take one piece and press out the dough with the noodle machine in five gears

10. Cut the pressed dough into squares

11. Take a piece of dough and put meat on one corner,

12. Roll up from top to bottom

13. Fold the left and right corners and pinch it firmly

14. The finished wontons don’t look good

15. Add boiling water to the pot, put the wontons, the wontons will float up after boiling

16. Put some coriander on the cooked wontons, it tastes great!
