Ingredients

Red Oil Chao Shou

1. Pork chop into stuffing

2. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, pepper, cooked soybean oil

3. Stir in one direction evenly

4. Self-grown garlic seedlings, thick and strong, cut more than ten roots, and wash

5. Mince

6. Add it to the meat and some minced ginger

7. Mix well and serve with wonton filling

8. Ready-made wonton wrappers

9. Take a wonton wrapper and spread water on all sides

10. Put right amount of stuffing in the middle

11. Fold diagonally to form a triangle

12. Pinch the two corners together, and one wonton is ready

13. Bring water to a boil in a pot, and put the wrapped wontons

14. Tap cold water in the middle and cook until the wontons are transparent and float.

15. Prepare the sauce when cooking wontons. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, half a tablespoon of sugar, a little salt, half a tablespoon of chili oil, 2 tablespoons of red chili oil, and half a tablespoon of sesame oil.
