A super delicious potato patties, salty, fragrant and soft, not enough for my little treasure, not enjoyable!

Roasted Potato Meatloaf

1. Cut the potatoes into diced pieces so that they steam quickly.

2. Put it in the pot and start steaming.

3. Stir the pork into minced meat, minced green onion and ginger, MSG, light soy sauce, steamed fish oil, pepper, five spice powder, salt, and sesame oil.

4. Beat until fully absorbed.

5. The potatoes are steamed thoroughly, removed and pressed into a puree.

6. Add glutinous rice flour.

7. Knead it into a ball so that your hands will not stick to the powder.

8. Minced meat is divided into groups.

9. Take a meat filling and place it on the flattened potato ball.

10. Wrap the minced meat and press flat.

11. Do the rest of the doses by analogy.

12. Brush the surface with a thin layer of oil, both sides.

13. Place the baking tray.

14. In the middle of the oven, heat up and down at 200 degrees for 18 minutes, and turn it over once after 10 minutes.

Tips:

The glutinous rice flour is added when the mashed potatoes are hot.
The same goes for frying with an electric baking pan.
