Sauerkraut Pork Buns

Add scallion and ginger to the minced meat, two eggs, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soybean paste, soy sauce, a little five-spice powder, pepper powder, white pepper powder, corn starch

Northeast sauerkraut bought online, squeeze the water and chop for later use.
