Shrimp, Green Vegetables, Fresh Meat Dumplings

Wash the shallots and shiitake mushrooms and chop them with a knife. A small piece of ginger chopped together and set aside.

Put the grass prawns in the refrigerator for a while, take out the shells, wash the prawns, and chop the water to dry. Fill a bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of salt, thirteen incense and cooking wine, stir well and set aside.

Boil the vegetables in hot water and let cool with cold water, squeeze out the excess water and chop them. If there is a lot of water in the chop, squeeze out the excess water by hand and set aside for later use.

Fresh meat is minced meat bought directly, so a lot of time is saved.
