Sour Soup Dumplings

Cut the celery and green onions, peel the pork and cut into pieces.

First put the vegetables in the chopper and chop them.

Take out the cut vegetables

Put the chopped pork into the chopper and chop it into minced meat. Add salt, pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil consumption, sugar, eggs, and appropriate amount of cornstarch to taste.

Stir the seasoned pork and chopped vegetables evenly. I made two flavors here, and the other flavor is mushrooms and corn.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, put in an appropriate amount of meat, fold the dumpling wrapper in half, and squeeze it into a shape with your thumb and index finger.

After the water boils, pour the dumplings and stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Boil the water three times and add three bowls of cold water, so that the dumplings will be cooked after adding the water for the third time.

Add salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, chicken essence, and pepper to the bowl to make a sour soup, then transfer the cooked dumplings into the bowl, add the dumpling soup, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:
1. Red oil: mince garlic, add chili powder, pour in boiling hot oil; add salt, light soy sauce, and vinegar to taste.
