Spicy Little Wontons

Wash pork, mince minced meat, mince green onion and ginger, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and rice wine and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put a little meat, fold it twice, and knead it into wonton

Make the wontons one by one

Put water in a pot to boil, put in wontons, and boil for 3 minutes until all of them float

Put light soy sauce, mashed garlic, pepper, pepper oil, sesame oil, coriander, beef sauce in a bowl and add boiling water to make the soup, remove the wonton and put it in.
Tips:
1. Don't put too much meat in small wontons, too much meat will affect the taste;
2. Cook the wontons, all of them will float and they will be cooked, and the skin will be too bad after cooking for a long time;
3. Rinse the boiling water in the soup to stimulate the aroma of garlic paste and other spices.
