Stewed Cabbage

Soak the vermicelli and dried tofu skin in warm water for half an hour

Pork slices, add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch to marinate for five minutes

Cut spinach and cabbage into small pieces, shred the tofu skin

Add the marinated pork in a hot pan with cold oil and fry until it changes color. Add cabbage and tofu skin
