Stir-fried Garlic Moss with Umami Pork
1.
Soak the fungus in cold water in advance, wash, and tear into small flowers.
2.
Wash the garlic moss, cut off the root and head, and cut into long pieces.
3.
Wash the carrots, peel them, and slice them.
4.
Wash the meat and cut into shreds.
5.
Add a little salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine, and soy sauce to the shredded pork, mix well, then add a little oil, and mix well.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add the shredded pork when the oil temperature rises, stir fry until the meat is cooked and serve.
Tips:
1. Add a little oil when marinating the meat to seal off the moisture in the oil, and it will be tender after frying.
2. The garlic moss is slightly spicy, so you don't need to cook it in a pot, just fry it directly.
