Stir-fried White Jade Crab

Ingredients: white jade crab (washed), sliced ginger, sliced garlic, dried chili (cut open), green onion

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot, add ginger slices, garlic slices and dried chili to the pot.

Next, add the cleaned white jade crab and stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
9.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Season to fry and stir fry until cooked.

Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
