Vegetarian Carrot Balls

1. Prepare ingredients. Coprinus comatus can replace shiitake mushrooms. For shiitake mushrooms, it is 150g

3. There are a lot of shredded radishes, so I prepared two eggs. Beat eggs into liquid, finely chop coprinus comatus and green onion

4. Pour the Coprinus comatus, green onion, and egg liquid into the shredded radish

5. A spoonful of sesame oil.

7. 1 scoop of five spice powder

8. 1 teaspoon thirteen incense

9. A spoonful of soy sauce

10. Half a spoon of oyster sauce.

13. Add the flour and grab it until it is sticky. If it feels thin, add more flour. Starch is also fine.

14. Knead into small balls. The oil is so hot that there are bubbles in the chopsticks, and deep fry until golden brown.

Tips:

1. This is the first time I knead the meatballs, the kneading is a bit big. It is recommended to be smaller and more familiar.
