White Radish Pork Dumplings

Wash two radishes, peel them and push silk

Push into shredded radish and put it in the container, add a spoonful of salt to pickle, and pickle out the water in the radish.

Chopped green onion and ginger

Install it and put it aside for later use

The marinated radishes are wrung into clean water and chopped (if you like to eat, don’t chop them too finely)

Add the chopped radish to the chopped green onion, ginger, and pork stuffing (my stuffing was chopped in advance)

Finally, add 2 tablespoons and a half salt, 1 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, wine, and sesame oil.

Dumpling wrappers are bought at the market and just wrap them.

Tips:
The water for the white radish must be squeezed clean, otherwise the water will always flow out when making dumplings, which is difficult to handle.
